Customer Care How to Order and Payment Methods We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal payments. All orders are processed using an SSL secure connection during the transaction keeping all of your information safe, secure and private. For credit card orders, your verification number (CVV2) is required. These are the last three digits that can be found on the back of your Visa or Mastercard. For you Amex holders, it's the four digits located on the front of the card. If you're not sure, please contact your credit card company before placing your order. If the numbers have rubbed off or have faded away, we think you've done too much shopping! Before checking out, please double-check the information entered as being accurate - especially your email address (really important). If you have successfully placed a purchase, you will immediately be sent a confirmation email receipt with your order information. Your email confirmation receipt will have the amount that was charged to your credit card/PayPal account.
Taxes The FOF Bottle Company is required to collect GST (Goods and Services Tax) for any items shipped to a Canadian destination; we are also required to collect PST (Provincial Sales Tax) for any items shipped to a destination within British Columbia, Canada. Taxes (if any) will appear in the checkout process prior to the time when you submit your order for processing. Shipping and Handling As a guideline, all orders are typically fulfilled and on their way within 2-3 business days. All FOF bottles and accessories are thoroughly inspected prior to leaving our facility in Maple Ridge, British Columbia, Canada. We provide a shipping charge specific to your order based on the size, weight and destination location. To see what the shipping charges will be for your order, add the desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout. A shipping charge will be provided in the checkout process prior to the time when you submit your order for processing. To obtain the status of an order, enter the confirmation number and click Go!. |
